This property offers a farmhouse stay or “bed and barn” vacation rental for horse and riders to enjoy a family-owned 400-acre working farm. Guests bring their horses and ride over miles of well-maintained trails located on iconic Sideling Hill just west of the Maryland I-68 Visitors Center.

Brewery was built to keep the Hopkins’ farming legacy going into its second century. Over the past 100 years, the Hopkins' have been milking cows, growing tomatoes, milking more cows, growing corn, soybeans, more tomatoes, and of course, barley. They’re now experimenting with growing hops. Look around our tap room and you will see reclaimed barn-wood and stone from this farm. Share a beer and celebrate being part of it all.

Tours go long and start times are customized based on tide & weather conditions. We will access the Chesapeake Bay and walk where sharks, whales and dolphins once swam in the ancient sea 12+mya. Now all that remains are their fossil bones and teeth!!
